The company obtained the license of manufacture for special equipment which issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, and the license No. is TS2732050-2010. The company also passed through the authentication of ISO9001:2000 Quality System in 2003 and awarded as Grade AAA Enterprise Honoring Contacts and Abiding by Reputation in 2005 and acquired the title of Quality Product of Jiangsu in 2006.
Occupied a land area of 20000 square meters, and the building area is about 12000 square meters. The company owns 30 sets of metal tube manufacture equipment, and make the metal tubes with specification between Φ8mm to Φ6000mm. The company has 20 sets of advanced laser welding machine, automatic and semi-automatic welding machine, 3 sets of equipment with world’s advanced technology for automobile flexible and corrugated pipe. There are 6 sets of gas tightness testing equipment and anti-fatigue testing equipment.
Our main products are metal or non-metal tube expansion joint for industry use, metal corrugation pipe for industry use, special aluminum corrugated pipe for power plant enclosed busbar system, metal exhaust tubes for commercial vehicles and trucks, and generator sets special exhaust tubes and silencers. Our products exported to Europe, North and South America, Middle-East, South-East Asia, Africa and so on.
In the process of product design and quality management, our company is accord to the requirement of the manufacture of special equipment. The production follows the ISO9001:2000 management system, EFMA, ASME American standards, GB/T12777-99, GB/T14525-93, and ISO/TS16949 standards.
